TrimeCare contains L-Arginine, Zinc and Folic acid. L-arginine is a nutritionally essential amino acid in pregnancy and acts as an immediate precursor of nitric oxide which helps in the dilation of blood vessels and improving blood flow. Zinc and Folic acid helps in the overall growth and development of the baby.

Larginine at 5g is the highest strength available.

Oral L-arginine to women with a history of poor pregnancy outcomes significantly reduced risks of intrauterine growth retardation in neonates, pre-term birth and respiratory distress syndrome and significantly increased birthweight and gestational age.

L-Arginine significantly increased APGAR score in women at high risk of pre-eclampsia or with pre- eclampsia or gestational or mild chronic hypertension in comparison to controls.

L-Arginine supplements increase the amniotic fluid volume, accelerates the fetal weight, and helps to prolong the duration of pregnancy.
